The program
Description and general objective.
Connecté.e aux autres™ builds on the foundations of self-management to better understand individual differences, perceptions and the dynamics that shape relationships. It develops the ability to communicate with intention, navigate tensions, build trust and contribute to healthier, braver and more constructive collective dynamics.
General objective. Develop the relational intelligence needed to build authentic, courageous and constructive professional relationships that foster trust, collaboration and lasting performance.
