The C+ Factor supports Montréal organizations through their growth, leadership and transformation challenges. Its founder, Brigitte Teske, has worked in the Montréal corporate world since 2003 and continues to intervene there directly with leaders, teams and organizations.
C+ can also mobilize coaches present in the region, depending on the nature and scale of the mandate. This presence makes close support possible while bringing together the expertise needed to act at different levels of the organizational ecosystem.
