Louise is an executive and team coach certified by the ICF, known for her strategic and

Éric Toulemonde joins the Le Facteur C+ team with expertise shaped by a diverse and enriching life journey. A certified ACC coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he draws on nearly 20 years of experience across various fields, blending the rigor of large corporations with the flexibility of unconventional environments. Driven by a deep passion for personal development, Éric supports leaders and teams by helping them strengthen alignment with their values and improve emotional management. Specializing in collective effectiveness, he places authentic communication at the heart of his practice, aiming to foster more harmonious and human-centered workplaces.
